Following the offer, demand (1,093,687 shares subscribed) exceeded supply (750,000 shares available). The largest subscriptions have therefore been reduced to a level allowing all subscribers to be accommodated. Pursuant to this cap, the maximum number of shares that each employee may subscribe to is 67 shares. All subscriptions exceeding 67 shares will be accommodated up to a maximum of 67 shares.
